Excellent, very helpful, English speaking personnel. Very clean and tidy room that way daily cleaned and tidied-up.
The wifi did not work in the room, so that I had to come downstairs to the reception to use then internet.
Excelent localization, extremely easy to get all attractions from the hotel. Helpful staff and wifi connection available.
It's in a 1 minute distance from the Sol Metro station. The stuff was friendly and the room was clean and had LCD TV and A/C.
The building is being renovated, so you have no view from the windows, apart from some scaffoldings, but that not a great issue actually.
The hotel is located in the center of the city and very convenient for exploring, though it's still under construction. But personnel is really nice. Even though check-out time is 12 noon, I left the hotel at 2 pm.
It is located three minutes away from sol and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
It was quite noisy during the night.
Cute hotelroom, Free Wifi, and great location!
Nice rooms good service.
That I always had to ask to conect the mains for the aircon
location close to a number of bars and restaurants, also to many sightseeings. close to metro st.
if u open the windows at night, u cannot sleep because of a noise from the street. The beds are a bit short for tall people.
location & staff
noise from resturant / bar / street below
Fantastic location and friendly staff. One spoke fluent English and one spoke a little bit of English.
It was a little loud but it was right in the heart of the city so I expected that.
The location is excelent, just walking every where on the city from Puerta del Sol...
Actually the Hotel is on renovation, if you have room whit window-balcony to the street...bad luck...it is covered but a big fence of construction...
The location is very good
the building where hotel is situated is currently under reconstruction, that means you have no any view over the window
Central location in a very pretty, immaculately clean and comfortable hostal room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Nothing to dislike.about the Hostal itself. IIt could be noisy with the window open, however, that is to be expected in the centre of a busy city. The double glazed window kept any noise out when shut.
Hotel was in a great location, and very reasonably priced. Room was super clean.
Location!Everything you need is around. Internet was good quality and free of charge. Staff very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean.
The walls were very thin! You could hear everything in the other rooms, but it didn't bother me that much.
